Assignment 2.0

So the first assignment for studio consisted of intensive research on a selected Solar Decathlon home, for which I had Middlebury College. The second portion gave us the opportunity to design our own solar home which could eventually become the house we proposed for the 2013 Solar Decathlon. We originally started by documenting our own dwelling, studying the way in which we live. From there we created numerous sketch models and eventually developed our scheme. Our final design and presentation required the norm such as technical drawings, renderings, diagrams and a physical model at 3/16" scale.
